How Much Does Shipping Cost?
Shipping is free for all of our pieces! We send our Pieces to the following countries:USA,Canada,UK,Europe,Australia,New Zealand, and Mexico.If you didn't see your region, please email support@avantwall.com to see if we able to ship to your country before making an order.
When will I Get My Piece?
Each piece can take between 7 - 10 days to print, mount, and ship. During busy seasons there might be delays. Once your Piece has been shipped you will receive a tracking code to check on the status of your order. Feel free to email support@avantwall.com at anytime for any further questions or updates on your piece.
I haven't received a confirmation email and/ or tracking code.
If you haven't received at tracking code, or a confirmation, please check your spam or junk mail. If you still cannot locate the email, please contact us at support@avantwall.com.
What is your return policy?
Every Piece is made to order, which means we cannot accept returns. You have 24 hours to make any cancellations or changes to your oder. If your artwork arrives damaged or you received the wrong package, please email us at support@avantwall.com with a picture of the piece, and we will replace it!
